    This is a 5-kopeks coin of my Motherland Siberia. The legend "Fort Ross" was made in the modern times. Fort Ross was the small Russian town in California, but Russians did not minted their own coins.

    I'll add that its a cast fake. Most likely sold at the Fort Ross gift shop.
