Morgan Star's are near common... but cents are almost non-existent. Why ? Post some of your thoughts on the subject as well as cents you believe think are worthy of the rare "star" rating. Given what I've seen in Morgan's here's one I think easily makes the star grade equivalent in cents... but didn't.
