I know these must be artificial and I would never buy one myself but I cannot seem to take my off of them. So, I thought I would share. http://shop.ebay.com/msdale13a/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340
I know, isnt it repulsing? I began a post about ebay and feedback ect. ( but its locked) of what few buyers he has I feel for those ppl
I thought something was familiar about this, but I could not find this specific seller in a search. I apologize if I opened up a bad topic.
Lots of coins being ruined there.....but there are plenty of others on Ebay as well even though it's against ebay policy. I have notified ebay dozens of times and even recited their own rules about full disclosure but as long as they are making money...they aren't going to stop them.
Yeah, I agree Kryponitecomic. Like I have said before, I liked toned coins years ago before they were cool, but its really sad now that many others like them to see all of the perfectly good coins ruined to try to cash in on them. Please guys, like all of your coins. A nice coin with original surfaces is just as beautiful as a toned one with original surfaces. It does not have to be toned to be original. I blame some of this on internet selling. When you have to see the coin in hand one could appreciate an original coin, no matter its color. Now only peacock coins show up as fancy in a photo. Goes to show there still is a great need to go to coin shows to get good purchases, and not all purchases should be Ebay. I wish I wasn't preaching to the choir here.
I was going to make a comment about that being blow torch toning... but it looks like Rhino has it under control...hahaha!!
