I found this note the other day in my change. Is it low enough to command any premium at all?

I would guess that this bill has No value above face based on the 75 views and 0 responses

According to the Schwartz Lindquist book, collectors collect the 4 digit ones, but no premiums are cited in the book.

On eBay, a single leading zero is called a low serial number, and sells as such, too.
    Take it from there.

ok, thanks for the advice! I listed it on eBay if anyone wants to take a peek.

It's listed by it's serial number and my eBay username is also mikenoodle if you want to search for it.
