I think that one belongs in the "almost" thread here. It's pretty close to an awesome serial number, but probably not close enough for any extra value. Despite that, if you like it, keep it. That's up to you.
Photos are always appreciated. When evaluating currency, condition is paramount, so even if it were a special serial number (its not), if the note was trashed, it wouldn't be worth over face in most cases.
