Okay, so I have a silver Serbia 50 Para 1915 and in the book it says it is rare (doesn't even give amount made or book value) and I just want to make sure that i have that one. It says something about 'metallic coin die alignment' too, which is the uncommon, but not rare kind.

When I hold the coin at 12 o clock and 6 o clock and turn the coin to the left I see that the reverse is upside down. Is that coin die or metallic die?

Yours is coin alignment. Honestly it doesn't make a whole lot of difference in price unless you are dealing with a [rare] specialist. It makes a huge difference with the earlier copper Serbian para coins, however. Medallic alignment examples of those can bring 5 times what the coin alignment coins do.
