There were a few bills missing in between, got 04, 05, 06, 10 and 11. Came real close to a trinary radar.

The sequentials may get you more than a trinary radar -- I figured out one time that about 1 in 7 radars should be trinary. (Since the first four digits dictate the last four digits in a radar number, you need to figure out how many four-digit numbers have exactly three different digits.)

Anyhow, thinking about that reminded me of a trinary radar $20 that I found a few years back. That prompted me to see what they go for on eBay. There was one in similar condition to mine that sold recently... for $16.50 plus $3.50 shipping.

I don't know many serious collectors that give much merit to trinary serial numbers, and as far as being a radar or repeater, it's all back and white....meaning "It is or it isn't" , not much value in being "close".
