Sentimental; 1921-D Morgan Silver Dollar

Discussion in 'What's it Worth' started by William DeBerry, Nov 5, 2013.

  1. Sorry I have had so many posts like this over the past day or two. I have been curious about some of my coins for a while and have just never posted pictures. This was given to me on my first birthday, I am 26 now, by a close family friend who is now no longer with us. It had been taped inside a birthday card from the time I got it until I freed it months ago when I first started collecting. That is why there is not as much toning on the reverse, where the tape was, as there is everywhere else. I love it for being my very first silver dollar as well as the fact that it holds sentimental value to me. What would this Morgan grade? I have been told XF by a friend of mine, but want other opinions.

XF all the way but you can't put on a price on sentimentality.
