It was an absolute ridiculous " tag on " to the ummm Heath Care Initiative legislation. Go figure that .
That my friend, is an understatement . I'd like to have had slapped the p........out of whomever wrote that into that legislative package.
I really think 1099 would have had a negative impact on taxes collected, had it gone through. I could just imagine the black market on bullion... no sales tax, no income tax.
