I have a 1983 NGC MS63 Cent for sale. It was struck on a unplated planchet, being one of the more uncommon errors, the planchet never received its copper plating during the minting process. All cents post-1982 were plated with copper and had a zinc core, except this one skipped a step in the minting process. It is certified MS63 by NGC. I'm open to offers, PM me if interested. Thanks.
