Before the sarcasm becomes unstoppable, please give fair, reasonable, and clear details on the coins. As it stands right now, you've provided next to nothing of any substance that can be used to assist you. That said, if you simply want baseless and generic answers, here.... eBay.
Here is the truth as I see it. If your serious about selling the collection as a lot, you will (more than likely) realise a lot less money. Most collectors have a portion of what you have collected already and don't feel the need to duplicate items unless it's pennies on the dollar.
sell it piece by piece or by series. sets. curious why sell now ? you need money for ? hospital bills ?
There's only 1 way to sell a collection of any size in a reasonable amount of time - sell it to a trusted and respected dealer. And even doing that could take a month or so to accomplish start to finish. Selling an entire collection piece by piece and doing it yourself requires a great deal of time, effort, and usually additional monetary outlay on your part. And it could easily take a year or longer. In the end doing it that way yeah you might realize 15 maybe 20% more - but is all that time and work to sell the pieces individually worth it ? And if time is a factor for you, it's not even a viable option.
