Recently got a hold of this rouble, but since it is so dirty and unappealing, I would rather just have what it's worth in silver since the numismatic value is very low. It's an 1897 silver rouble, the (**) edge variety, has 0.5786 ASW. So with silver closing at $18.50, I'm selling for $10.70 with free shipping in the US. Also, I am asking for payment via paypal, and preferably through the "gift" option because I would like to avoid paying fees to paypal (and I'm not listing this on ebay because I don't want ebay to take a cut).
