" Seller's other items"

For the last week the eBay links to "Seller's other items" often fails to work. It brings up a nearly blank page with nothing at all below
"Items for sale from <seller' name>"
when I know they have many items for sale. For some sellers it works, but for many of my favorite European sellers it is not working now.

Is anyone else having this problem, and how can I inform eBay about this problem?

Sorry, I don't buy in European eBay area so I couldn't be of help.

 

I have this problem frequently and have for a long time.

I'll receive an email or list notification about someone's eBay coins for sale but when I click on the link, eBay shows no current offerings even though according to the notice, the listings are active.

I don't know why this happens nor have I sought a solution.

I have had this problem intermittently. I was forced to go to purchase history in order to find the seller's other items. I have not investigated it further .

 

Perhaps someone at eBay might have the solution to your problem?

 

I have had this problem off and on but it seems for me to be related for leaving my computer on for too long. I do a clean up then turn completely off and back on again after a few minutes and it clears up. Not to say that this is your issue but it was with me.
