Seller said rim damage...

Looks like a die crack to me. Am I wrong?

That's a rim bump/bruise,
and what you think might
be die cracks are just from
the die slowly deteriorating
as it strikes coins.

"worn/overused die" - that's
what most 1914-D $2.5 Indians
look like.....
