WTB: Select Pre-1950 CAM/DCAM/UCAM, Pre-1970 PL/DPL Coinage, and Select NGC Star Designated Coins

Please offer me the following items before selling elsewhere:
1) Select NGC Star Designated Coins - I am pretty much interested in most of them with the exception of:
-proof coins from 1954 to present that just miss a cameo designation
-Morgan Dollars with little toning or coins that just miss a PL designation
2) Select Pre-1950 CAM/DCAM/UCAM - I consider all pre 1930 coins in grades of PF64 CAM or higher on a case by case basis. I am interested in all proof cameo, DCAM, or UCAM pieces from 1936-1942.
3) Select Pre-1970 PL/DPL Coinage - Offer me anything except common date Morgan Dollars.
