I've seen some pics of a 2004 Peace Metal Nickel with a cud inside the "c" in America, But I came across one With three cuds, inside the "c" in America, inside the "e" in Five, and inside the "e" in United, has anyone else seen or heard of any like this.? Think it's worth getting certified and graded?

No, not really. They are die chips and while collectible for those who like errors they really don't add much value.

GDJMSP is correct, save your money. Nice, interesting and fun to collect, die cracks, especially on modern coins are only valuable if you can find someone on Ebay to buy them.
    Otherwise a modest premium.
