I am a ring maker here in Central West Virginia. And i understand the value of what 90% coins there are out there. But i am having trouble with people around here expecting to get MINT value out of circulated coin's. so i have a few items here in my cache that i am willing to trade for the equivalent value in Washington quarters. might even settle for a few mercury or Rosie's dimes, but i have better luck in crafting a design with the pre 65 quarters..
