SOLD I'm selling my copies of Sear's Greek and Roman handbooks: Greek Coins and Their Values Volume 1: Europe (ISBN 0900652462) Greek Coins and Their Values Volume 2: Asia & Africa (ISBN 0900652500) Roman Coins and Their Values, Fourth Revised Edition (ISBN 0900652985) These books are usually cited as an excellent set of books for the beginner or generalist collector who wants to learn about and have basic reference material for a wide variety of coinage without buying more specialized references that can cost several times the price of this small set. Over 12,000 individual types are described across these three volumes, multiple maps are included for help understanding the geographic scope of the issues and the Greek volumes include tables that will help transliterate the various foreign alphabets one will encounter studying these coins such as the ancient Iberian script used on some Spanish coins. All books are used and in average used condition(see pictures). I define this as some scuffs or scratches on covers and dustcovers, small number of page creases, possibly a very small amount of writing in the pages(though from a quick flip-through I didn't see any). There is however no water damage, no missing pages and no pages falling out and all are perfectly readable. SOLD
