A dollar bill with a seal outline duplication x 2. Only the outline of the Seal is duplicated - at first glace it looks like a thumb print - however, there are 2 duplications. The first is obvious, with the second much lighter intersecting the first duplication at the 1 and 3 o'clock position.

The questions are - 1) is the "Ink Shadow" an issue made at the BEP?
    2) If yes, what is it worth (besides a dollar)?

The year of the One dollar bill is 1985 - approximately that's how long I have had it.

    Thank You

it's a minor ink transfer from another note. not super uncommon. the note is not from any kind of short print run. worth about a dollar or maybe a little more for someone that just has to have a note like that. keep looking :thumb:

I appreciated you looking and for the potential offer, however, at this time it is not for sale. I will keep your name & let you know when/if it does become for sale.

Thank You - your response is appreciated
