Script coins? Any ideas on what they are?

I have some coins that look to be in Script. I can't read them, nor do I have any idea as to what they are.

all the coins are from japan. top to bottom:

1 yen, showa year 58(1983)
5 yen, heisei year 2 (1990)
10 yen, heisei year 1 (1989)
50 yen, showa year 57 (1982)

 

They are all current-design Japanese coins.

1 Yen, 1983, 5 Yen 1990, 10 Yen 1989 (1st year of current Emperor Akihito's reign), 50 Yen 1982.

All worth face value - about 70 cents total.
