So I had a sketchy buyer on ebay that is now claiming he didn't get the bills posted in the picture. He wants to return the bills. I've called ebay twice and both times they have basically told me that he could send me a dollar back and I still have to issue him a refund. Has anyone else had this issue?? I knew it was sketchy from the beginning when his account name is Wowlolthx his name is Ya Ng and it was being delivered to a p.o. box. I called ebay and they said it was fine to ship. Now they are telling me there was no way to verify what I sent so basically I'm screwed???
