In honor of Halloween what are some of your most scary experiences while coin roll hunting, such as some of mine find a bunch of nickels in a bag of quarters or coming back $18 short on a bag of dimes.
I haven't bought bags before so I haven't been shorted nearly that much. Some scary stories I've heard of on more than one occasion (but not personally experienced, thankfully) are finding rolls of dimes filled with cents. A teller told me the story of how a woman tried to turn in rolls of quarters that had cotton balls in them. The teller noticed these rolls before accepting them. The woman just played ignorant and walked out of the bank. Basically, my most scary personal experience is being shorted some 75 cents in a roll of quarters. This doesn't come close to comparing what others have been shorted, such as yourself.
