Reading isn't always my strong point The way I read it is that you were meaning OP's coin is a match with PCGS' picture, which it is not.
Definitely environmental exposure toning to the Cupro-Nickel clad layer. Not a mint error of any kind.
Mine does look super wide, but if you click on the full image, you will see that it matches with the PCGS picture.
If you don't know you are correct, don't post it. Wait and learn. Wrong information has a way of being repeated by others.
