Surprisingly, there are other countries in addition to USA, and banks in these unknown and irrelevant places do not have any type of US coins. For a relatively low price and average shipping costs, i see no problems with this lot or bids. I would maybe have tried to win this, if i need this particular coin.
You can look at it two ways though. One, I can see someone paying a bit more where the coins are harder to come by in their area, on the other hand I don't know many people that overpay for common foreign coins here. I wouldn't spend four or five dollars for a Loonie.
