I agree although VAM-10 was reclassified as VAM-31A as a result of a die study a couple of years ago. I see the O/O guide still calls it VAM-10 but 10 has been removed from the SSDC registry and 31A has been added.
10/31A was what I had as well, the die polish lines around the eagles head clinched it. Thanks for confirming!
I think this is a tricky one, because I'd call the obverse 63+ at most. I think the reverse probably would make 65 - averaging out for an accurately graded 64. The eye appealing toning pulled it to the 64.
