can anyone give me there opinion on this coin. its missing the last number on the date.

Looks like a grease filled die. Not sure but possibly an 1884.
so what would a coin with this type of error be worth?
About the same as one without it. Maybe a little less, especially since it puts the date in doubt.
Separate names with a comma.
