It is no texture. Other than the coin. Tooth picked and everything. In the coin. Or blended in it????

 

Pam, I honestly can't tell what I'm looking at. Blurry photos and no definitive question on what you want us to look at.

 

Pam, how are you taking your closeup photos? They are really blurred!!! Are you using a phone?

 

All I see is George’s face and hair. Please explain more about what you see and where.

 

I always use the phone. But that’s the problem with this coin. It is like the metal is swirled or melted around if that makes sense. It is smooth etc. I will try to take more of it in a bit.

 

Try 5”-6” away, then crop the photo before posting. That’s what I do. Sometimes it’s still blurry but it’s all I have and the best I can get.

 

When I use my phone for photos, I elevate it then zoom in and crop the picture before posting the picture!! That might help!!!

 

I posted a couple of more. Yes I usually do but this one is tricky with the swirling etc. Not sure.

 

Looks like a pretty large die break to me!!! How high are you elevating the phone? I sometimes elevate 8 to 12 inches! That seems to give me better detail and that is retained when I crop it!!!

 

I highlighted blue and another yellow.

 

I set it to 5x then take it. I will try again. Lol

 

Are you holding the phone or resting it on something?

 

This man looks abused poor thing. It’s a mixture of wear and tear and well not sure now.

Is it stained? Raised or lowered?

 

It’s no texture to it. It’s like in the coin. I wiped it just with a dry cloth. Nothing. It could be amongst other things. I took the pic by the window. Wicked looking. Thank you. It’s probably nothing otherwise people would be on it like white in rice lol. I’ll find a good one one day
