I received this cool little silver piece one year from a former member here. Does anyone have more information than me? It's Silver from India I believe. Not sure on the year or value. It's about the size of a dime and much thicker. Any more info. much appreciated. :)
Also, is one side off center? o_O

Sal, it's likely an Indian State coin. The leaf indicates the mintmark of that State. It's probably something like Indore, but I don't have a reference handy now.

I could be wrong but it looks like a prayer or temple token to me!

The second photo has that little leaf shape that is common on coins from the Sikh Empire.

Also on the left of the second photo is a "railroad track" looking device that I have seen on Afghani coins, which are normally closer to dime size I think.

I've seen these coins before and was surprised at how thick they were!
