What is the latest on the new reverse designs for the Sacagawea Dollars? Will there be a different reverse every year?

Yes. There will be a different design every year for the next XX years.

I thought "XX" was four, but I'm looking all over the net, and I can't see anyone that states there is an end to this yearly-change design. I did read in Numismaster: "The ongoing Sacagawea program is expected to last until at least until 2016."

    Anyone else know?

A different reverse every year, but I don't see anywhere that says how many years it will last. The bills made recommendations of items to commemorate including:

Creation of the Cherokee written language
    Existence of the Iroquois Confederacy
    Chief Massasoit of the Wampanoag
    The Pueblo Revolt
    Olympic Champion Jim Thorpe
General Ely S. Parker, who headed the Bureau of Indian Affairs
    Navajo "code talkers

But the final decision with be to the committees.

Since the production/mintage of the Sac/Native American dollar is tied by law to that of the President dollars we can expect to see the changing reverse designs at least as long as the President Dollar series lasts. That is why they say until at least 2016. Once the President series ends then who knows what will happen. If they haven't stopped the dollar note yet it will probably stop because there won't be any more Federal vaults, warehouses, offices, closets and boxes left to store all the unwanted coins in, and no more legal requirement that says you HAVE to strike them..
