Russian Wire Money of Peter The Great, but I think not, possibly?

These two coins were sold to me as 'Wire Money of Peter the Great', but, even though coin #2 only weighs 0.23gm which IS consistent with Czar peter's coins, coin #1 weighs 0.66gm, which (may) indicate an 'earlier' coin.
Also, I cannot find a reference to 'Peter' in the legend on either coin - in fact, I cannot find any of the legend that I would normally associate with Czar Peter, namely:-

    So, what do I have?

    Thanks, Chris.
A handy reference to have (I have noted it.)
While I couldn't recognise either of my coins there, I was able to determine that the fourth line on the legend of the second coin is 'BCEAPOY' which appears on some coins of Tsar Ivan IV Vasiljevich (Ivan The Terrible), Pskov Mint, c.1560 (however, it also appears on coins of Czar Peter.)

The first coin, I am feeling may be Boris Godunov, 1598-1605, Pskov Mint, similar to Sp 81:8

Does anyone have anything that they could add that might help, please?
