Russian middle Ages identification

    I have two old coin from Russia, but I don't know anything about them: denomination, value etc...

    Its Russian "wire money" from around 1500-1650. There are a few here very knowledgable on these, so I am confident you will get a good answer.

    They are interesting. They literally were struck out of silver wire as low value silver coins.

    The first one is a kopek of Michail Fedorovich Romanov (1613-1645).

    I can't even read anything on the second coin - good luck. I literally have piles of these coins for some reason. There are rare coins from Novogorod and Pskov that are earlier and that I would like to find nice example of, outside of Russia where prices are too high.

    I suppose that the second one is a kopek of Ivan IV for Pskov.
