It REALLY depends on the grade of your coin that you have. If your coin is in UNC condition, the prices do go up wildly. Unfortunately it's difficult to comment without a picture. At least, one good news is that I don't think it's possible to obtain a 5 ruble gold coin under 100usd these days unless it's damaged. Welcome to cointalk by the way.
