Is the secondary image raised? It's hard to tell from the closeup shadowing. It could be a repunch. What year is it, what denomination? Oh hell, just show us the whole obverse, we're experts, we'll figure that out ourselves.

Interesting... because I won't say what the date is?

How would knowing the date help determine if its is a RPM or MD?

 

Because if its a mid-late 80s LMC its most likely a legit RPM... and if you want to know FOR SURE as someone could look it up you might want to post an obverse pic.. that way we could gather more clues... other wise this was just a trivia game with a bunch of mixed opinions and no.REAL answer
