RPM or just a hit?

    Double Die I know just enough to be dangerous

    Is this an RPM or something else? With the distorted top layer, I'm not sure what to call this? A little help please???

    Those evidently skipped a lot when they were struck. Look how sharp the detail is compared to the motto detail. Look at that crater it's sitting in. The poor thing was smashed hard into the planchet and it just couldn't hold its shape for it.
