rpm on a 1976 s proof nickel?

So I found this coin years ago and decide to look at it again and noticed that there appears to be some extra metal in the mint mark. Thanks for taking a look, and have a great day!

Looks like the 79 blob S from the SBA.
Not sure if it is RPM.

It does look a little different in the new photograph.
I would compare it to other photos of 1976-S nickels to see if they are
the same or different.
