Best I could do photo wise, it's much more obvious in person. I was super excited to find it!! Also has off-center strike south of Lincoln. Also if you zoom in on the box I've put above the 5 it looks like a 3 with a 1 (or an I), some kind of secret government code I'm sure Thanks for looking.
This isn't an RPM, it is very common on Zinc cents to have split plate doubling near the mm. The formation of the possible 3 is bubbles in between the zinc and copper coat.
Ahh thank Pickin, it was still cool to find something "different" Oh yeah I know the 3 really isn't a 3 but thought it was cool looking as well.
