rpm and double date.

    I would be very suspicious of ANY coin which had an RPM and a Doubled Date and would probably lean more toward machine doubling on one or the other.

    the date doubling is from die deterioration according to the list. i just wish i would have bought an slr camera instead of a point and shoot.

    they are all still in the us mint sets sealed up. i dont suspect any forgery if that is what you mean by be suspicious. i opened the original mailing packaging my self. i took out one to get a semi decent photo.

    some of the guys on LCR just dont like to acknowledge when some of their rare pennies show up. they didnt believe when i showed them the roll of small dates, and they dont believe i found 10 of these rpms.

    Thanks for the clarification as on second look, I do see where die deteriortation doubling is present with this RPM.

    Congrats on finding 10!
