It looks like there were a number of mules struck at the Royal Mint during the 1960s:

1965 New Zealand halfpenny with Great Britain obverse (one known)
1965 New Zealand threepence with Malaya and British Borneo obverse (one known)
1966 Great Britain halfpenny with Jersey obverse (two known)
1967 New Zealand 2c with Bahamas obverse (many known)

Does anyone know of any others either from the 1960s or earlier even? Not all of the above seem to be mentioned in catalogues so maybe there are others that I have missed.

There's a UK 6d with a colonial obverse (maybe from Mauritius?) if my memory serves me correctly.

Don't forget the "edge mules" where planchets from one country are struck - example is the florin in the '60s from GB struck on blanks from Mauritius or Straits Settlements )??).

Oh yes, I remember seeing reference to that - apparently it's mentioned in the 1998 CoinCraft - does anyone have a copy? I can't see any other references to it.

Ah okay - I think I read about something similar recently. Ah yep: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/1963-halfcrown-with-a-twist-oms.398675/#post-8467478
