    I think it has to be rotated more than 15 degrees to be graded rotated. This one is not.

    U.S. coins are rotated 180 degrees (U.S. Mint), which is what's known as the coin flip rotation (I call it that). So yours is correctly rotated so that means it isn't rotated. :D

    I'll let the Lincoln buffs make the call on value. ;)

    Your coin is rotated about 5 degress CW by the pic,which means counter clockwise, and will not fetch a premium it is a minor die rotation.

    The coin would have to be at least 90 degress CCW or CW in order for it to be a major rotation ,and even then it may not be worth a substantial anount of money. It also depends on the Rareity rating scale how many are in exsistanxe.
