rotated mint mark question

    i have a 1975-D cent with a slightly rotated mint mark. maybe 20degrees. does this demand any premium?

    A photo would help, but back then, mintmarks were punched into the dies by hand.

    It depends on the denomination, but if memory serves they punched everything by hand until the 1990's.
