Rotated die Franklin?

    Got this coin today.

    Yes, but not enough to not be in tolerances. I think they have a tolerance of +/-10°

    Not really, and might even hurt it since it is a proof and not super pronounced. Most people want their proofs to be perfect. You can always hype the rotation. You can find or make a template with the 360 degree marks (probably better in 5° increments), and lay the coin over it to get a true number on the amount of rotation. I know some Morgan Dollar VAMs are noted for the amount of rotation they have, which makes die clashes show up in different locations than usual.

    How much would you have paid for that coin if the dealer didn't add a premium for the rotation?

    Cool, but I agree with @TheFinn, no additional premium. Although IMO, I don't think it will influence the value

    That date in that grade is a $25 coin now if it was a 50 you're talkin bucks
