Die Deterioration doubling on the letters.. Thus the Die Chips..
Not a doubled die variety.

The history of that Dime? Just a common worn die strike.

Sorry, @Alastar131 but that's what you are doing now. You join and then post numerous coins without doing your homework. Not trying to pick on you, or put you down, but you need to slow down and research coins you think have something special on them, and then post with Full Image photos and concise questions.
