I got 2 boxes of .10 yesterday, and 17 rolls of 17 so far, 1st box, are solid 2017 P. I'm certain they're UNC. They'll grade 65-68+; some a few points higher, some lower perhaps. Might still be no premium in 10 years; who knows, but I'm puttin' one on ice for myself. They'll go back to the bank Monday. If you want one, it's yours - cost + postage to you (no profit; just making them available). PM @ me here. If you don't like 'em, then spend 'em, and I will refund your postage, or send you another roll.
