Roosevelt with a spiked hair cut

    Thought this was a pretty cool coin with the President having a new hair cut. There are also some of the other die marks around the bust. 1983 DIme Hair - Copy.JPG

    It could be die deterioration. Are those similar marks (but not as pronounced) on the back of FDR's head?
