Roosevelt RPM?

Hey All,

Is this a RPM? The anomaly to the right of the date on the rim can't be seen with the naked eye and with an eye loupe barely. Under the scope It looks to be a minor cud or no on both? Thanks all!!!!

1) Can't be a cud, that must include the rim;
2) I don't see an RPM, possible PMD

Sry took so long all! I did call it an anomaly
Through the EYE LOUPE the metal is raised but it is miniscule. It does seem to start from the rim in two spots, I never sell anything, it was just a funny thought to find my first cud and to be this if it was LOL. I was more hopeful for the RPM, dang! Thanks all for the look
