roosevelt dime question

I found this dime last night and I don't know what this line is. It is behind the torch just below the top bands, it shows on both sides of the torch and it is a straight line. It looks raised when held at an angle, so it is not a scratch. Any ideas on this?

Probably made by a gouge in the die.
