Romania -- Distinction of issuing the smallest banknote (coin note of 25 bani)

These notes are as small as they come... smallest ever .... that is the general claim. See link below for details. Has anyone seen a smaller banknote?

I suppose it could vary, but my copy of Morocco P41 is 32x42mm, just a touch smaller!
