Woke Woke up to find part of a lost legion in my basement. Maybe the 9th that was in Britain? Or stragglers from Teutoburg forest. At any rate they passed by my train village and headed down toward the shower….
Nice diorama! So detailed! Great train layout - there is so much going on there, it looks like a very fun basement to spend some hours in! I'd hang the diving F4U Corsair from thin monofilament line so the strings suspending it weren't so visible. Did you make/paint the Roman legionaries and their display case? Whoever did, did an excellent job.
Yes, I posted it before but thought I would do it again. Actually the Corsair is dive bombing Godzilla….But Godzilla is not on this picture. I did not build it, but it is really cool… I bought it for less than 100.00 at an estate sale…I love Roman Army related things. Thank you all for your kind remarks. I love this site.

PS- for less than a hundred bucks, that Roman diorama is awesome. The case has a certain “vintage” look to it. I wonder how old it is?
