Can anyone make out the obverse title on this worn Constans? Is it the same as the VF one? coinboughrareconstanschirho.jpg coinconstanssoldchi-rho.jpg

Looks like CONSTA_NS AVG to me. I know that legend exists for Cyzicus, and probably other mints too.

Well that is what the seller says and he claims that with the Chi-Rho "Gloria Exercitus" reverse that makes it unique. Acsearch turns up nothing so maybe he is right? Didn't think I would get it for ten bucks. I do not care for these later Roman coins but giving some as gifts for my students. That would be a great gift if it is unique.
Thanks for checking it out @Severus Alexander - I knew someone here could confirm that part of the description anyway. It is probably somewhere in one of the RICs.

    It's RIC, vol.VIII, Lyons, #9, minted A.D. 337-340. It's listed as scarce, but it's not unique.
