roman coin

i am looking at a roman coin on a swapping site, the guy says he isnt a collector and found this while on a dog walk, no other info and im still sort of new to this so would you be able to help me out in giving me some info on this coin?

To me it looks Greek, rather than Roman.

 

the guy said he found it (well his dog dug it up) near stonehenge, southern england, dont know if that helps
